Does the Step 5 test have to be observed?+
Yes. Federal rules require direct observation for every return-to-duty collection, and that fee is already included — there are no add-ons.
How fast can I test?+
Most drivers test the same or next day. Once your order is in, we send the authorization and the nearest participating collection site.
Is Step 6 follow-up testing separate?+
